Nature of Position

This position is completely honorary, voluntary and non-governmental in nature. It does not represent any permanent or temporary government employment, administrative authority or salaried position under the Government of India or any State Government department.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicant must be a citizen of India.

Must possess strong leadership and organizational management skills.

Should be dedicated towards social service, youth welfare and community development activities.

Applicant should maintain a clean social image and must not have any criminal background.

Experience in scouting, administration, education or public welfare activities is preferred.

Must follow organizational discipline, ethical conduct and national values.

Key Responsibilities

Lead statewide scouting, guiding and organizational administration activities.

Coordinate with district executive teams for smooth implementation of organizational programs.

Promote youth leadership, women empowerment and social welfare initiatives.

Organize state-level camps, seminars, awareness drives and leadership workshops.

Support educational campaigns, environmental awareness and community welfare activities.

Strengthen organizational membership expansion and executive coordination within the state.

Guide district teams regarding organizational planning and operational activities.

Monitor implementation of scouting policies, training programs and welfare initiatives.

Participate in emergency relief operations and humanitarian service programs whenever required.

Represent NSGO INDIA during authorized social, educational and organizational activities at state level.

The annual organizational contribution amount is collected as a voluntary organizational support fund for scouting activities, educational campaigns, camps, uniforms, administrative operations and social welfare services conducted by NSGO INDIA. This contribution amount is completely non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
