Nature of Position
This position is completely honorary, voluntary and non-governmental in nature. It does not represent any permanent or temporary government employment, administrative authority or salaried position under the Government of India or any State Government department.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must be a citizen of India.
Must possess leadership, communication and training management skills.
Should be dedicated towards scouting, youth development and leadership training activities.
Applicant should maintain a clean social image and must not have any criminal background.
Experience in scouting, education, training or social welfare programs is preferred.
Must follow organizational discipline, ethical conduct and national values.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise nationwide scout training programs and leadership development activities.
Conduct national scout camps, workshops, seminars and training sessions.
Train scout members and leaders in discipline, teamwork, scouting skills and organizational values.
Develop training strategies and educational activities for scouting growth and youth empowerment.
Support state and district training teams in conducting scouting and leadership programs.
Promote discipline, patriotism, environmental awareness and public service among scout members.
Coordinate educational campaigns, social welfare activities and awareness drives nationwide.
Monitor implementation of organizational training standards and leadership programs.
Guide youth members in skill development, personality improvement and community engagement activities.
Represent NSGO INDIA during authorized training, educational and scouting activities at national level.

Important Payment Policy
The annual organizational contribution amount is collected as a voluntary organizational support fund for scout training programs, camps, uniforms, leadership development activities, educational campaigns, administrative operations and public welfare services conducted by NSGO INDIA. This contribution amount is completely non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. Payments are accepted only through the officially authorized digital banking channels of the organization.
