Nature of Position
This position is completely honorary, voluntary and non-governmental in nature. It does not represent any permanent or temporary government employment, administrative authority or salaried position under the Government of India or any State Government department.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must be a citizen of India.
Must possess leadership, communication and training management skills.
Should be dedicated towards guiding, women empowerment and youth leadership activities.
Applicant should maintain a clean social image and must not have any criminal background.
Experience in guiding, education, leadership training or social welfare programs is preferred.
Must follow organizational discipline, ethical conduct and national values.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise nationwide guide training and leadership development programs.
Conduct national guide camps, workshops, seminars and educational sessions.
Train guide members and volunteers in discipline, communication, teamwork and guiding skills.
Promote women empowerment, confidence building and educational awareness among guide members.
Support state and district training teams in organizing guide activities and leadership programs.
Coordinate social welfare campaigns, awareness drives and community development initiatives nationwide.
Strengthen organizational training standards and guide leadership quality within NSGO INDIA.
Guide youth members in personality development, public service and community engagement activities.
Monitor implementation of training programs and organizational discipline.
Represent NSGO INDIA during authorized guide training and educational activities at national level.

Important Payment Policy
The annual organizational contribution amount is collected as a voluntary organizational support fund for guide training programs, educational campaigns, camps, uniforms, women empowerment initiatives, administrative operations and public welfare services conducted by NSGO INDIA. This contribution amount is completely non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. Payments are accepted only through the officially authorized digital banking channels of the organization.
