Nature of Position
This position is completely honorary, voluntary and non-governmental in nature. It does not represent any permanent or temporary government employment, administrative authority or salaried position under the Government of India or any State Government department.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must be a citizen of India.
Must possess leadership, communication and training management skills.
Should be dedicated towards guiding, women empowerment and youth welfare activities.
Applicant should maintain a clean social image and must not have any criminal background.
Experience in guiding, education, leadership training or social welfare activities is preferred.
Must follow organizational discipline, ethical conduct and national values.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct national level guide leadership training and personality development programs.
Train guide members, volunteers and leaders in discipline, teamwork, communication and guiding skills.
Organize national guide camps, seminars, workshops and leadership training sessions.
Promote women empowerment, confidence building and educational awareness among guide members.
Support state and district guide training teams in conducting leadership and welfare programs.
Develop training activities focused on discipline, public service and community development.
Coordinate social welfare campaigns, educational drives and awareness programs nationwide.
Encourage participation of girls and women in leadership, guiding and nation-building activities.
Assist in strengthening organizational discipline, guiding standards and youth leadership development.
Represent NSGO INDIA during guide training, leadership and educational programs whenever authorized.

Important Payment Policy
The annual organizational contribution amount is collected as a voluntary organizational support fund for guide training programs, educational activities, uniforms, camps, women empowerment initiatives, youth welfare programs, administrative operations and social welfare services conducted by NSGO INDIA. This contribution amount is completely non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. Payments are accepted only through the officially authorized digital banking channels of the organization.
