Nature of Position
This position is completely honorary, voluntary and non-governmental in nature. It does not represent any permanent or temporary government employment, administrative authority or salaried position under the Government of India or any State Government department.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must be a citizen of India.
Must possess leadership qualities and organizational management skills.
Should be dedicated towards scouting, youth development and social welfare activities.
Applicant should maintain a clean social image and must not have any criminal background.
Must follow organizational discipline, ethical conduct and national values.
Experience in scouting, education, leadership training or social service activities will be considered an additional advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise scouting activities and youth leadership programs across India.
Promote discipline, patriotism, teamwork and personality development among scout members.
Coordinate national scout camps, training workshops, awareness drives and leadership seminars.
Support free education initiatives, youth welfare programs and community service activities.
Strengthen coordination between national, state and district scout units.
Encourage participation of youth in scouting, environmental awareness and nation-building programs.
Assist in organizing social welfare campaigns, educational drives and public service initiatives.
Support organizational expansion and scout membership development nationwide.
Participate in emergency relief operations, disaster response activities and humanitarian services whenever required.
Represent NSGO INDIA in scout-related educational, social and leadership activities at national level.

Payments are accepted only through the officially authorized digital banking channels of the organization.
