This position is completely honorary, voluntary and non-governmental in nature. It is not a permanent or temporary government job, administrative authority or salaried designation under any department of the Government of India or State Government.

Applicant must be an Indian citizen.

Must be dedicated towards social service and youth welfare activities.

Should possess leadership and organizational management qualities.

Applicant should have a clean social image and no criminal background.
