Nature of Position
This position is completely honorary, voluntary and non-governmental in nature. It does not represent any permanent or temporary government employment, administrative authority or salaried position under the Government of India or any State Government department.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must be a citizen of India.
Must possess strong communication, coordination and organizational management skills.
Should be dedicated towards social service, youth welfare and organizational development activities.
Applicant should maintain a clean social image and must not have any criminal background.
Basic knowledge of administration, documentation and executive coordination is preferred.
Must follow organizational discipline, ethics and national values.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the National Secretary in administrative and organizational operations.
Support coordination between national, state and district executive teams.
Manage organizational communication, notices, records and official documentation.
Assist in implementation of organizational policies, scouting activities and welfare initiatives.
Support organization of national camps, seminars, leadership programs and executive meetings.
Maintain records related to executive activities, membership coordination and organizational planning.
Ensure smooth communication among different organizational departments and executive members.
Assist in youth development, educational campaigns and social welfare activities nationwide.
Provide operational and administrative support for national organizational events and public service programs.
Represent NSGO INDIA in official administrative and organizational activities whenever authorized.

Important Payment Policy
The annual organizational contribution amount is collected as a voluntary organizational support fund for administrative operations, scouting and guiding activities, youth welfare programs, educational campaigns, uniforms, camps and public welfare services conducted by NSGO INDIA. This contribution amount is completely non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. Payments are accepted only through the officially authorized digital banking channels of the organization.
