This position is completely honorary, voluntary and non-governmental in nature. It does not represent any government employment or salaried administrative authority.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must be a citizen of India.
Must possess leadership and organizational coordination skills.
Should be dedicated towards scouting and social welfare activities.
Applicant should maintain a clean social image and must not have any criminal background.
Experience in scouting, youth leadership or social service activities is preferred.
Must follow organizational discipline and ethical conduct.
Key Responsibilities
Assist national executive teams in scouting administration and coordination.
Support implementation of scouting activities and organizational policies nationwide.
Coordinate with state and district scout units for smooth operational management.
Promote youth leadership, discipline and public service activities.
Support organization of camps, seminars and scouting awareness programs.
Assist in membership expansion and organizational development activities.
Participate in social welfare campaigns and public service initiatives.
Guide scout members in leadership and community engagement activities.
Support emergency relief and humanitarian service activities whenever required.
Represent NSGO INDIA in authorized scouting and youth development programs.

Important Payment Policy
The annual organizational contribution amount is collected as a voluntary organizational support fund for scouting activities, camps, uniforms, leadership programs, administrative operations and public welfare services conducted by NSGO INDIA. This contribution amount is completely non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
