Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must be a citizen of India.
Must possess leadership and organizational coordination skills.
Should be dedicated towards guiding, women empowerment and social welfare activities.
Applicant should maintain a clean social image and must not have any criminal background.
Experience in guiding, youth leadership or social service activities is preferred.
Must follow organizational discipline and ethical conduct.
Key Responsibilities
Assist national executive teams in guide administration and organizational coordination.
Support implementation of guide activities and women empowerment programs nationwide.
Coordinate with state and district guide units for smooth operational management.
Promote leadership, discipline and personality development among guide members.
Support organization of guide camps, seminars and awareness activities.
Assist in membership expansion and organizational development initiatives.
Participate in educational campaigns, social welfare and public service programs.
Guide members in leadership and community engagement activities.
Support emergency relief and humanitarian service programs whenever required.
Represent NSGO INDIA during authorized guide and youth welfare activities.

Important Payment Policy
The annual organizational contribution amount is collected as a voluntary organizational support fund for guide activities, camps, uniforms, leadership programs, women empowerment initiatives, administrative operations and social welfare services conducted by NSGO INDIA. This contribution amount is completely non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
