Nature of Position
This position is completely honorary, voluntary and non-governmental in nature. It does not represent any permanent or temporary government employment, administrative authority or salaried post under the Government of India or any State Government department.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must be a citizen of India.
Must possess strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
Should be actively interested in social service, youth welfare and nation-building activities.
Applicant must maintain a clean social image and should not have any criminal background.
Must respect organizational discipline, constitutional values and ethical conduct.
Experience in scouting, education, administration or social work will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the National Chief Commissioner in national administration and policy implementation.
Coordinate organizational activities between national, state and district executive wings.
Support scouting, guiding, youth leadership and women empowerment initiatives across India.
Monitor and guide organizational development, membership expansion and executive coordination.
Promote social welfare programs including free education campaigns, awareness drives and relief activities.
Participate in national camps, seminars, workshops and leadership training programs.
Provide administrative guidance and operational support to state and district teams.
Assist in organizing nationwide scouting events, public service activities and social campaigns.
Strengthen communication between executive members and organizational departments.
Represent NSGO INDIA during social, educational and public welfare initiatives whenever authorized.

Important Payment Policy
The annual organizational contribution amount is collected as a voluntary organizational support fund for administrative operations, scouting activities, youth welfare programs, uniforms, camps, training initiatives and public welfare services conducted by NSGO INDIA. This contribution amount is completely non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Payments are accepted only through the officially authorized digital banking channels of the organization.
